The service

GreyLoop LLC provides Hindsight, which analyses the posts of an Instagram professional account you connect. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission.

What Hindsight tells you

Hindsight shows what went with your best posts. It cannot prove what caused them, and it does not promise reach, followers or revenue. Meta and Instagram do not endorse or run Hindsight. You decide what to post.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it. One subscription covers one connected account unless your plan says otherwise.

Payment

We bill paid plans monthly, in advance, through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time. We do not refund the month already paid for, and we stop charging you after it ends.

Fair use

Do not use Hindsight on accounts you have no right to analyse, to scrape Meta's services, or to break Instagram's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We provide Hindsight as is. As far as the law allows, GreyLoop LLC is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost followers that come from using it, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before your claim.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Colorado, USA, govern these terms.
